- What will appear on my credit card statement?
- The charge on your credit card statement will appear as TA Ticket Printing LLC.
- What is your return policy?
- We gladly accept returns for unused, complete boxes/packs of wristbands that haven't been customized.
- Why is my credit card declining?
- To prevent credit card fraud, we make sure the address you enter matches the one on file with your bank or credit card company.
- If you're having trouble, please give us a call.
- Do you accept POs?
- We accept POs for orders of $100 or more. Please call to customer service at 404-897-2389 if you'd like to pay by check or Purchase Order.
- I am tax exempt. How do I place my order?
- Contact customer service and we will place your tax exempt certificate on your account.
- When will my order be dispatched?
- For stock orders (without customization) if you complete your order before 2 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day (excluding holidays).
- What are your delivery times?
- We have a helpful shipping map that will help you understand when to expect delivery, based on the shipping method you select. You can view it here.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing and discounts for large orders?
- Yes. We work with many large organizations and resellers. Please contact customer service to learn more about volume discounts.
- Are the wristbands numbered?
- All of our Tyvek wristbands are numbered. For an additional fee you can add numbering to our plastic and vinyl wristbands. Cloth wristbands are not typically numbered.
