Custom Printing

We can custom print text and black images on any wristband - Tyvek, Plastic, Vinyl, Litter-Free or Cloth

The process is easy.  Place your order through our website.  Be sure to upload your print ready image at the time you place your order. Images in .jpg, .png, .ai, or .eps file types work the best.  You can also enter your custom text at the same time.  If you have any special instructions be sure to enter them in the comments at checkout.

For Plastic (vinyl) Wristbands - $55.00 set up fee
There is a one time per image/text set up charge of $55.00 per order.

As long as the text/image stays the same, you can get as many wristband colors as you want, and only pay the $55.00 charge one time per order.

If the text/image is changing between different colored wristbands, you would pay the $45.00 for each change.

For example, if you want to order 500 Neon Yellow and 500 Neon Green plastic wristbands, and the text/image being printed on them is the exact same, the charge is the cost for the wristbands plus only one set up charge of $55.00.

But, if the Neon Yellow bands need to say "Saturday" and the Neon Green need to say "Sunday" - you would need to pay the $55.00 set up fee twice.

For Tyvek Wristbands - No Set Up Fee - Black Imprint Only
We used to charge a one time, per image/text set up fee of $35.00 per order.  However, we have waived this fee on all Custom Tyvek Wristbands, Black Imprint Only!

No matter how many Tyvek wristband colors you select, there is no charge for setup fees on Custom Tvyek Wristbands with Black Imprint!  Our competitors charge a fee.  We don't!

For example, if you want to order 500 Neon Yellow and 500 Neon Green Tyvek wristbands, and the text/image being printed on them is exactly the same OR entirely different, it does not matter.  There is no setup fee for our Custom Paper Tvyek Wristbands with Black Imprint!!

  
* * Important information about reordering or ordering additional custom plastic wristbands or custom vinyl wristbands at a later date * *

Unfortunately, we cannot keep the plates used to make your custom plastic wristbands or custom vinyl wristbands. Therefore, if, after you have received your initial order, you need to order additional wristbands you will be required to pay the set up fee again. We know this stinks, but there isn't a way around this at the moment and we apologize in advance.
 

Shipping

Our custom wristbands ship from Wisconsin. Our generic wristbands ship from Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately, if you order both generic and custom wristbands you may need to pay for an additional shipping cost. Sorry!

We don't offer Same Day Shipping for our custom wristbands. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days plus shipping for Custom Tyvek Wristbands and 10-13 business days for Custom Plastic Wristbands or Custom Vinyl Wristbands.
